8. Fees


Fee Structure for 2023/24 season
You can apply for membership to the Club online this year, and, for existing members, also renew your membership by visiting the Payments section of the site.

Below is a summary of the fee structure for membership from 1/9/23 to 31/8/24.

Adults – aged 18 and over at 01/09/23
For all Adult members, a £15 Match fee is payable until annual subscriptions are paid (£10 for Junior members). This raised match fee is an inducement to pay subscriptions and will revert to standard level once subs are paid.

The following options are available;

Standard Subscription - (all training including fitness sessions and winter league games)
• Over 18 - £155 one off payment + £11 match fee
• Under 25 - £135 one off payment + £9 match fee
• U18 (or in full-time education) - £135 one off payment + £5.50 match fee
• U14 - £5.50 match fee only to play adult games

Country membership - (all training but only 5 winter league games)
• Over 18 - £65 one off payment + £16.50 match fee
• 14-18 (or in full-time education) - £57.50 one off payment + £11 match fee

Late Payment Fees - No Pay, No Play
If your Annual membership fees are not paid by November 1st The Committee will ask team captains to withdraw you from team selection, resulting in you being unable to be selected to play or train.

EH Knockout Cup/Championship games
Home: £10 per game
Away: No match fee but petrol money for drivers should be offered (see below)
Other concessionary requests will be considered by the Club Committee on an individual basis via the team captains/club captains.

Summer League and Indoor league
£5.50 per game (no concessions)

Friendlies
£7.50 per game (£5.50 concessions)

Juniors
All fees payable on registration. Membership from 1/9/23 to 31/8/24

U12/U10/U8: £110 per child
U14: £130 per child

Qualified coaches actively coaching within the club: child(ren) Pay £1 fee
Managers of junior teams: 50% reduction in child(ren) fee*

*Subject to registration of Parent/Guardian on Coaching/Manager register.

Other Payments
Umpires: should be offered £15 per game.

Travel for away games: Drivers with 3 or more players in their car may claim £5 if round trip is more than 50 miles and £10 if round trip is more than 100 miles.

Payments for Coaches
Level 2 £20 per hour
Level 1 £10 per hour unless leading a session (£15 per hour)
Maximum two people to be paid per session. If not leading as session then only paid £10 per hour.

Umpire Course
BSEHC agree to pay 50% of the cost of a successful coaching course, [once at least [1] games have been umpired for the club]

Coaching Course
BSEHC agree to cover 50% of the costs of a successful coaching course [once at least 5 coaching sessions for BSEHC have been carried out]
