Great start to the season as Bury 1s net a 3-0 win

Bury ladies get off to a good start with some nice balls from Alice Prentice and Lilia Payne which offer the forwards some great opportunities for some attacking runs from Dom Dyball and Gee Wishlade. Bury skillfully convert the opportunities into short corners, which results in a goal for Liv Hyndman who smashes a ball in from the top of the D. The second goal followed shortly with a run on the wing from Dom Dyball who dummied the ball around the keeper only for it to be stopped by a defenders foot on the line! Bury win the flick which is taken by Georgie Coote who pings the ball in the back of the net. Lucy Gunson makes a series of excellent saves throughout the game, winning MOM to keep the Dragons at bay. The defence do a great job of clearing the defending D and keeping a clean sheet for bury. Kat Soame and Arianne Dyball did a lot of hard work in the heat in the midfield distributing and shutting down the Dragons attacks. The final goal came from Georgie Coote with Arianne Dyball setting up a slick 1-2 at the top of the D.
