A good win for the ladies 3’s this week

A good win for the ladies 3’s this week, 3-1 to beat the top of the table Harleston Magpies. The 3’s got off to a good start, with a quick goal from a short corner by Henrietta Croot. Harleston Magpies managed to get a goal, but with some good play following this, Anna Ong scored a lovely goal to make it 2-1 before half time. In the second half, we fought well and we managed to fend off the opposition. Some cracking saves from Kerry Woods helped us to keep the ball out the goal. In the last ten minutes Alice Freeman scored our third goal to bring home the win. Well played everyone and star player went to Katherine Cross for solid defending!
