Birthday Treat

The under 14 girls produced a real treat of a performance on their coach's birthday with a great 3-0 win at Chelmsford City. The girls played some awesome hockey, knocking the ball around and playing as a real team. Zynia Delglyn scored all three goals, with player of the match being Josie Gooderham. Notable performances came form Frankie Konrath - tenacious, reading the game well and spreading the ball wide; Emma Boyle for her speed tracking back and hard tackling; Katie Rogers for being everywhere on the pitch; Zynia Delglyn for her composure on ball and goal scoring; Josie Gooderham for her attacks down the right; Katie Slark-Hollis for great positional play and support for the ball; Linda Xu for strong tackling; Liv Hyndman for her awesome tackles and speed in tracking back; Alex Edwards calm but effective in goal.
