After gaining promotion last season. Bury ladies 2's had a top of table clash with Cambridge South 1st. Neither side had lost going into this match and Bury knew this was going to be a tough one.

Bury had chances in the first half but could not convert / find the back of the net, only for Cambridge South to take the lead. Sharon Steven made several important saves to keep the score at 1-0 for the half time turnaround.

Second half stalemate - both squads had further chance. But again Bury have to thank player of match Sharon Steven for keeping Cambridge at bay and to have the final score 0-1.
