The men’s 1st XI won in brilliant fashion 2-1 against City of Peterborough. After dominating all game, we fell behind to a scrappy and unfortunate goal. However we showed real character to come back and their lead didn’t last long. Michael Thompson made it 1-1 with a stunning strike from the top right of the D, putting it in the top left hand corner, easily goal of the season contender.
