Mens 3's v Felixstowe

Men’s 3’s where at home this weekend against a physical Felixstowe team, with both teams looking for 3 points, it was game on.
Felixstowe started with intent and pushed through the gaps in the Bury team making them count by going 2-0 up early on.
Bury refound their shape and started to pass the ball around with a tiring Felixstowe struggling to keep up with the pace of the game, Burys hard work paid off with Merlin Stamper scoring to make it 2-1 at half time. Bury knew what they needed to do, pass the ball round and tire the Felixstowe team out and reap the rewards, unfortunately for Bury Felixstowe requested a drinks break half way through the 2nd half as it was hot which gave them the breath they needed. Nik Ciappi drove through the heart of the Felixstowe midfield and scored from the top of the D with what could be classed as a bobbler.
The game finished 2-2.
Mom was Andy Longfield in goal with some great toe end saves keeping Bury in the game.
