

A lively and hard-fought clash unfolded at Culford as Bury St Edmunds Ladies 1s hosted Cambridge City 2s in a match that swung back and forth from the first whistle to the last. Both sides showed determination, sharp attacking intent, and relentless work rate, making for an exciting spectacle for the crowd.
Bury struck first in the 10th minute following a well-executed short corner routine. Captain Millie Collins delivered the perfect assist across goal, where Jessica Konrath waited at the post to slot home the opener.
