*L2s travel to Peterborough*

An early afternoon pushback started with Peterborough out of the blocks, passing round Bury and quickly making space up the field. After a lot of pressure in our half, Bury managed a quick break, sending Jen Dahl up the other end of the pitch, narrowly missing the goal. A lot more back and forth play resulted in penalty corners for both teams, neither unable to convert, taking the half time score 0-0.
Finishing the half much improved from the start of the game, Bury were keen to improve even further, and stayed in the game until a great goal line save by Sinead Collins, was rebounded into her body; Peterborough successfully converting the Penalty flick. From here Bury kept up the pace, creating more chances but a great Peterborough goalkeeper ensured their clean sheet. Peterborough, on another quick break managed a goal from open play, making the final score 2-0.
