Festival Notes:

•Hockey matches will take place on the Astro.
• Registration for Hockey teams will be at 11.45 at the Astro.
• Hot /cold drinks and food will be free for all Competitors, Coaches and Referees, however there will be a small charge for these items for spectators.
• Hot food for the teams and coaches will be served between 1.00pm and 2.30pm. Please can I ask all teams to collect your food during that period.
• Please could teams be ready to take the pitch as soon as the final whistle has gone from the previous match. It is important that where possible start times are adhered to.
• Thank you to those that have kindly volunteered to officiate.
• Team coaches are responsible for their squad at all times. Can we reinforce good sportsmanship both on and off the field with particular reference to communication with the referees and umpires. May I remind all coaches that there will be zero tolerance towards any unsportsmanlike behaviour toward the match officials and any breech of this will result in disqualification of teams or the exclusion from the festival of the individual concerned.
