Great Tournament Performance

The under 10 boys travelled to Harleston for a tournament on Sunday. Playing mainly teams from Norfolk, it gave the boys a good opportunity to play some different teams before the Suffolk competition after Christmas. Bury faced eventual winners Norwich City first and were unlucky to draw 1-1. Subsequent matches against Dereham and Watton ended goalless. We then played Harleston and ran out comfortable winners 4-0. In the cup competition we beat Norwich Dragons 2-0 and drew with Felixstowe to end up in second place overall out of 10 teams. As the boys progressed through the matches their passing and interlinking improved with some well worked goals towards the end. Thanks to all for coaching and support.
