Peterborough squeeze past U14 boys

Despite the cold temperatures and occasional snow flakes both teams came out firing on all cilinders. Both teams created opportunities and short corners, just before half time Peterborough managed to squeeze a goal past Aidan. Peterborough extended the lead to 2-0 early on in the second half, but the Bury boys kept on fighting and eventually Ben Perry scored an excellent goal. They dominated the final 15 minutes of the games and created some scoring chances. Excellent goal keeping from the Peterborough GK kept the ball out. Bury won a short corner on the final whistle, but unfortunately the ball missed goal by few inches.
Next matches are determining the placing in the East/East-Midland.
